"50/50 is a spin off of the original Project Poolside. It is taught in 10-minute increments. We start off the class with 10 minutes of cardio ... followed by 10 minutes of lifting ... followed by 10 minutes of cardio ... followed by 10 minutes of lifting ... followed by 10 minutes of cardio ... followed by 10 minutes of abs and stretching. Waaa-laaa ... the hour is up!"
