Classes: Body Weight & Body Weight ~ Naked

Body Weight

(60 minute class)
Screw the "3 day split" routines and workouts comprised of you walking from machine to machine in a "circuit" with a clip board keeping "track" of your "gains." You don't need machines and you don't need a God Damned Clip Board. Nature gave you everything you need to get an excellent workout... well I guess nature didn't give you sweat pants. Please do wear some clothes.

We wanted a class with no 3 lbs dumbbells to be stolen, no jump ropes to break, no hardwood floor to buy... in keeping with the idea that a lot of times "less really is more," we asked him to make a class that anyone could do anywhere and with no equipment.

I'm super happy... and John Mobley is very excited to have the opportunity to teach another (he also designed Dumbbell 101) class of his own making."

Body Weight is a full body workout involving dynamic resistance and stability training combined with calisthenic gross body motions against gravity and using only one's own body weight. So... I guess the lighter you are the easier it's going to be. I'm kidding... maybe. Anyway this class is fun and it makes damn good sense.
