Limber Jacks

(60 minute class)
"I heart Limberjacks by K. Buffington Ludwigs: I love this class because it is something we ALL need to be doing regularly. The top reasons people come see me for a massage are desks and cars. Many of us spend way to much time experiencing stress while in a sedentary, repetitive state. This leaves us with turtle shoulders, foreshortened quads, and lower back pain. We type and text and talk and honk our horns...sometimes all at once. We end up with stiff crunchy joints. These are the motions I suggest my clients do to alleviate these symptoms between visits. Feel energized, warm, loose, ready to go! BE a Limberjack."

keith winston, limber jacks instructor kansas city missouri Why "LimberJacks"? Because we always hear people say "I need to stretch more" and because we can't sit still. Designed for every fitness level, Limberjacks is a motion stretch class. Stretching is something most people know they need to do. Most people either don't spend enough time doing it, or don't really know how. Many people focus on the active part of their workouts and rush through a token amount of stretching before or after.

LimberJacks is a fun way to make stretching the priority that it SHOULD be.
