I choreograph the majority of the routines to include ranges of skill level and intensity. There is something for EVERYONE in my class.

The class has been structured following the principals of interval training. Interval training consists of repeating sessions of relatively high intensity exercise mixed with periods of lower intensity exercise. It's GREAT for the beginner or for the advanced exerciser.
