Bike-on-a-stand AM!
shannon foudray, scott fitness cycling instructor "It wasn’t that long ago I remember myself saying how scared I was of the All-Mighty "Spin" Class. All I could envision was what I had seen in the movies; someone sitting on a bike in front of a large group of people literally screaming at them. I finally mustered up the courage to attend my first class and I was head over heals in love after that!

shannon foudray, scott fitness cycling instructor It wasn’t until I got out of college that I really dedicated myself to fitness and healthy living in general. I received my Cycling Instruction Certification in May and now am finally taking the leap from participant to class instructor and I couldn’t be more excited. I hope all those that come to my class have a great time and I hope to help them apply themselves to get the workout they deserve."

shannon foudray, bike-on-a-stand cycling instructor - scott fitness - kansas city Shannon Foudray loves tupperware... I don't know how to spell that but I'm sure it's trade marked or something. Anyway... Shannon Foudray loves anything related to refrigerated food packaging. I know it's odd but this is her burden. She was born this way and I know it takes "all kinds" to make the world go around. Actually it doesn't take any of us to keep the world turning but doesn't thinking so make us feel needed? Yes it does. So tell Shannon how much you admire her affection for plastic soup containers, foil covered gravy bowls, etc. etc. She'll think it's neat.

John Scott - Scott Fitness in Kansas City "Okay Okay! Now you people ( You People? ) have a morning class... and it's super early... it's 5:45am! Shannon is reliable and fun to bike-on-a-stand with first thing in the morning. I don't know first hand because I'm generally sleeping but I've heard people say some such stuff and I believe them."

shannon foudray, bike-on-a-stand cycling instructor - scott fitness - kansas city "Wow!! Not so sure about that Tupperware thing. She did like to take her lunch to school and I am missing a bunch of plastic containers. Hmmm!!! I would say that Shannon’s passions lean more toward health, fitness and travel. She was different than most kids when she was little. She wouldn't drink soda or eat candy (even though I did find the occasional chocolate wrapper under her bed!!). When her class went on field trips I had to pack her a lunch, because she did not want to eat at McDonald’s. I'm not sure where Shannon acquired her love of fitness. I am sure that she has inspired me to work on my health and fitness.

Shannon's love of travel may have come from me. I always tell her be a traveler not a tourist and never take more than you can carry. She has traveled to Mexico, Africa and Europe. Maybe instead of telling Shannon “how much you admire her affection for plastic soup containers” you should ask her about her philosophy on fitness and the quality of toilet paper in Africa!!!

I am attaching my favorite picture of Shannon in Africa. It's not great quality. I had to scan it. She was on her way to a wedding. I think the box contains dishes."
