"Our least "grunt like a baboon"ish location. SF3.0 (West Side) is fully equiped and our largest location. We do NOT have showers at SF3.0 (West Side). I do apologize.

This gym is styled with 1950's to 1970's decore. There are lots of couches and period photography. Come and relax, enjoy the comfortable atmosphere and get a massage from Solaris Massage. The hand scanner is located on the south side of the building on the dock.

Stick around on Wednesday nights 7 to 10pm for Game Night! Board games, Foos Ball and Darts are fun with shag and orange diner booths. There might be some beers and wine... maybe some chips but you can always count on there being a bunch of crazy nuts! Can you spell Shenanogans?! I don't think I spelled that correctly.
