mugshot of darren anderson, scott fitness personal trainer "I have been working in the fitness industry for well over 15 years, and plan on pursuing my career in this trade for the rest of my life. I love my job and love helping those who are motivated to make physical activity a part of there lifestyle. Helping share the experience, benefits, and enjoyments of exercise is a very gratifying reward. I believe that fitness and health should be a major component in your lifestyle and as well as a life priority. Good health affects every aspect of your life including relationships, jobs, and well being. The path of life is a much easier tread with a healthy body.

Good health is not received; it is achieved! You can choose to be the master of your life or be a victim of it! Don't fool yourself into thinking that there is an easy way to get fit...........there’s not. There’s no magic pill, no ab widget, and no thigh master that is the end all solve all. Fitness and health takes lots of work, lots of time, and lots of sweat. If it were easy there wouldn’t be an obesity epidemic, we’d all look like Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, and I'd be out of business. So what are you going to do about it?

To start, you need to make goals, design a plan, make a schedule, and get off the couch. The plan needs to address three major components nutrition, cardiovascular, and resistance training. Each of these components is unique to your individual characteristics and determined by goals, gender, fitness level, and health status. I’ll sit down with you and address each of these components, identify barriers to success, and design a plan to maximize you ability to succeed."
