"Don't let my age fool you - my training knowledge and my passion for fitness go beyond expected. At a young age I excelled in athletics, but knew that natural talent could only carry me so far. So as my high school career was ending, I began using weight training to boost me into the next level, collegiate sports. Still not the biggest or strongest kid, I started playing college soccer. But, as all things change, including my physique, I traded my cleats in for shoulder pads and a helmet and hit the field in my second college sport. Ready to spread my horizons, I left my hometown and moved to Lawrence to attend the University of Kansas, pursuing a business degree. Some time and accounting classes later, I also enrolled in a certified personal training program that allowed me to use my energy and motivating personality to become a young, knowledgeable professional trainer. Moving forward, I strengthened my skills at Gold's Gym for over a year.

Even though he will be "your trainer," the sessions a person will have with him will not feel like a boot camp, but instead, it will be a normal day at the gym with a spotter and a little encouragement. He's not a jackass and definitely not in it for the money. He, honest to God, wants to make you have a better lifestyle that includes eating healthy and staying active. But, even though he is short in stature, his energy level and strength (you will rarely see him in just a T-shirt) make up for his shortcomings. He challenges what you think are your weaknesses and boosts your confidence and actually occasionally destroys a weakness or two. His sessions are filled with meticulous care and short conversations to keep your mind off of certain aspects of your sessions."

Because of my background in physical fitness, I have learned the importance and necessity of fitness and wellness in our daily lives. Outside of training, I travel throughout Northeast Kansas as a wellness coordinator, promoting fitness and life wellness to several major area corporations. I pride myself on developing and utilizing weight training and nutrition to help clients achieve their personal fitness goals.
As a trainer and athlete, I understand that every person is unique both physically and personally. I strive to develop programs that fit into a "real" lifestyle, working together to make both goals and dreams come true.
