mugshot of Jeff Fisk, scott fitness personal trainer "Jeff Fisk is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). He has a BA in Exercise Science through UMKC and owned Solid Fitness Sciences, a gym formerly located on the Country Club Plaza. He has six years of training experience. Jeff is a veteran of the US Navy and attended the elite Navy SEAL's Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL training (BUDS) in the fall of 1990.

Jeff Fisk, scott fitness personal trainer Jeff is professionally skilled in military muscular strength and endurance training, Olympic lifting, power lifting, balance training, body building, flexibility training, and has studied mixed martial arts (MMA) for five years. He integrates all of these training methods into a unique system of cross training techniques.

Jeff is proficient at general health and wellness, periodization training, post rehabilitation, sport-specific training, and nutrition counseling. He has a complete understanding of biomechanics and exercise physiology.

Check out the ultimate in boot camp, total body conditioning workouts. This class is the real thing, consisting of proven Navy SEAL training techniques. A sweaty dose of high intensity, low tech calisthenics and running put this class on the front page of the Star’s FYI and newspapers across the country.

Join trainer Jeff Fisk Monday through Thursday nights at 6:30, rain or shine, for an hour of fun in the elements. This training will boost your physical, mental, and psychological confidence like no other workout.

One liter of water is required to participate, due to the nature of this workout.

Though Jeff's class is not an official Scott Fitness class, I'm giving a price break to Scott Fitness members.

Cost for Scott Fitness Members:

  • $80 per month-- unlimited classes
  • $40 per month-- up to 2 classes per week

Cost for Non-Members:

  • $120 per month -- unlimited classes
  • $80 per month-- up to 2 classes per week
Classes meet in Mill Creek Park at the pull up/dip station Monday through Thursday at 6:30 p.m.
