That’s where I come in---I’m here to figure out exactly what you need to get you where you want to be---and I love it. As a personal trainer, I have yet to meet two people that have the same motivations, goals and fitness level. This makes my job challenging, but well worth it. Helping people find the confidence in themselves to live without limits while having fun doing it is what makes my profession my passion.
My background as a certified trainer and professional soccer player has given me a lot of personal insight and experience in fitness training. It has also taught me how to find the dedication and commitment needed to make a real difference. I believe that the key is to make your workout something you could look forward to--challenging, produces results you can see, and a hell of a lot of fun. Beyond that, I’ve dedicated myself to finding out what motivates each one of my clients, and in turn, I expect my clients to commit to making exercise a part of their lives.

My approach to creating a customized plan is based on total body fitness starting with core strengthening. The core is where all movement in your body originates and a strong core gives you a more stable platform for all other life activities. Not to mention this helps reduce the risk of injury and maximizes the results of your efforts. These methods help sculpt firm muscle in “problem areas” such as hips, thighs, stomach, and butt. This coupled with some positive motivation will also help balance out the rest of the body so that you can fully enjoy life. That is what it is all about! You, enjoying life to the fullest with a body that can keep up with the rest of you!"
